Stepping into the serene Taoist temple, the scent of incense lingering among blue bricks and gray tiles, the stories of ancient sages on murals, and the wisdom of nature and life from ancient texts—especially the principles of"harmony between heaven and humanity"and"aligning with nature"—illuminated my heart like a beam of light, reshaping my understanding of life.

Immersed in Taoist culture, I learned to pause amidst the urban hustle, to calm life’s storms with a composed mind, and to pursue spiritual abundance. This nourishment of the spirit inspired me to share its gift with more people.
